We will have a compliant screen reader version of OpenIntro Statistics (4th Edition) available by the April 2027 deadline.
In the meantime, we recommend use of the existing screen reader friendly option. While that version doesn't check every box of "accessibility checkers", we have yet to hear any reports of issues with it or requested improvements during the 4 years it has been available (with the only exception being to have it formally compliant based on the new law, which will be done by the deadline).
